ORDER PROCESSING

At Temperanent  , we value every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Customers will receive the order within 3-8 business days from the date of purchase. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
  • Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
  • It normally takes 1-2 business days to process your order in system.

SHIPPING

  • Shipment takes approximately 5-8 business days.(U.S. ONLY)

  • Temperanent   is NOT responsible for LOST, DAMAGED or STOLEN PACKAGES, if your package tracking show "Delivered" please contact your local post office for more information.
  • UPS Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses.
  • If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact customer support within 30 days after your order was placed.
