ORDER PROCESSING
At Temperanent , we value every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Customers will receive the order within 3-8 business days from the date of purchase. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
- Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
- It normally takes 1-2 business days to process your order in system.

SHIPPING
- Shipment takes approximately 5-8 business days.(U.S. ONLY)
- Once your order is fulfilled, an email notification will be sent to your email with carrier tracking information
- Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Temperanent is NOT responsible for any delays due to local disruptions.
- Temperanent is NOT responsible for LOST, DAMAGED or STOLEN PACKAGES, if your package tracking show "Delivered" please contact your local post office for more information.
- UPS Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses.
- If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact customer support within 30 days after your order was placed.
- Due to the pandemic, we can't guarantee the deliver period, delivery may extend. Updated shipping information will be sent to your email.
- If your order is still tracking as IN TRANSIT, we will NOT send another order or offer a store credit.
